Discounts are available for stays of four days or more. Discounts also are available for groups or families renting the entire facility.
* During certain periods, rooms 2 and 3 my be rented together at a discounted rate.
Deposit amount is equal to 50% of the reserved stay. If you must cancel within the cancellation period, this deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations outside of the stated cancellation period, there will be a $35 cancellation fee.
72 hour cancellation for stays of three days or less
14 day cancellation for stays of four days or more
If you arrive later than the scheduled arrival date or if you must leave before the scheduled departure date, the entire reserved period will be charged. If, however, we are able to fill the unused portion of your reservation, that portion sold to your account will be cheerfully refunded.
