A deposit in the amount of half the reserved stay will be taken at the time of reservation.
For stays of three nights or less, the cancellation period for full deposit refund is 14 days. A $40 cancellation fee will be withheld.
For stays of 4 nights or more, the cancellation period for full deposit refund is 30 days. A $40 cancellation fee will be withheld.
If you arrive later than the scheduled arrival date or if you must leave before the scheduled departure date, the entire reserved period will be charged. If, however, we are able to fill the unused portion of your reservation, that portion sold to your account will be cheerfully refunded.

The Main House
These rates are for the exclusive use of the house with one, two, or three bedrooms and one or two baths, depending on the number of people in your party. For example for one couple, two bedrooms will be locked off, allowing you full use of the house with one bedroom, two baths, living room, kitchen, and full use of the grounds. For four people, one bedroom would be locked off. For six people, all rooms would be available.

For the rental of the entire house plus the cottage, two additional guests, bringing total occupancy to 10, may be added at a rate of $10 per person per night. Occupancy includes adults, children, and infants.
